2 Tips for Building Your Business On-Line
Small business owners don’t have the large marketing budgets like the big businesses do, so they have to make what they have work for them in every way possible. One of the best ways to do just that is to create a website.
You’ll want your website to have detailed information about your business. You should list your products or services, detailed information about your business, and how they can contact you. It’s important to have your website look as professional as possible and one way to make that happen is to hire a Virtual Assistant to help you.
A great way to build a website is to have your Virtual Assistant create it using WordPress. She can make it the most user friendly site possible using the features WordPress has to offer and those would include a theme, plugins, and widgets just to name a few. These tools help your site to be attractive and inviting to your visitors and that’s what you want with your website.
WordPress has so many options to choose from that you’re sure to build the exact website you’re looking for. It doesn’t matter if you want to build a site that gives your visitors the ability to purchase from you online or if you want to build a membership site, using WordPress is the way to go.
Once you have the website built, it’s important to continually try to increase the traffic to your site so you increase your revenue. One of the best ways to do that is to increase your search engine ranking. There are several ways to increase the ranking, but one of the best ways is to continually change the content on your site.
When you regularly change the content people that visit your site will continue to come back to see what’s new and different. The more times they come back to your site the better your ranking will be. A change in your content will also encourage the Google spider to crawl your site more often. That helps with your ranking on the search engines as well.
One of the best ways to handle content changes on your website is to hire a Virtual Assistant to make them for you. A good way to make these changes is to send her the information and tell her where it goes. She can help you with reminders and she can help you brainstorm for ideas regarding your content changes as well.
When it comes to your business, the best way to grow is to have a website for your customers or potential customers to go. When they visit your site they’ll have the ability to see what you offer and how you can help them, but the only way this will happen is if you build it and update it regularly. The best way to make that happen is to hire a Virtual Assistant. When you follow these two tips, you’ll be well on your way to growing your business online.

“Why Should I Use WordPress?” You Ask
by Celene Harrelson
Why Should I Use WordPress? OK, you took the plunge and decided to take your Network Marketing business online. Or maybe you have chosen to do Direct Sales. Now you wonder what all the hullabaloo is about setting up your own blog site. After all, my company provides me with a nice website, so why should I use WordPress, you wonder?
What’s wrong with my company site?
I know your company’s website is very professionally done, showcasing your cosmetics line, kitchenware or maybe nutritional supplements in an enticing way that you can’t. After all, you can’t afford to hire a professional photographer or a web designer to put it all together as beautifully as your company does. And further more, why the heck should you? You shouldn’t. The fact is that there is a need for the website your company provides. That’s how your customer chooses the exact shade and size or whether they want a one time buy or autoship. That’s where they checkout, where the money changes hands and the delivery details are made. The fact is, you don’t want to mess with that stuff. Your company website is great for the “back end” process. After the buying decision is made, but what about up to that point?
People buy from people, not companies.
There are exceptions to this, for instance the person that has used and been happy with your companies products in the past, but who sold them the products for the very first time? A person, not the company website buying experience created that initial loyalty. Your prospects need to get to know you before you can convert them into buyers.
People buy from those they know like and trust.
Plain and simple. You must build relationships in order for your business to grow, to build a downline or to get bookings. Be honest, when’s the last time you were surprised by a random order from a complete stranger or someone you’ve never heard of joined your team from your company website? I’m waiting…(*crickets*) yeah, that’s what I thought.
A blog will help you build relationships.
It will increase the “know, like and trust” factor. Your prospects will get to know you and feel a connection that would never happen from the company website. It’s a new ball game and if you are not doing relationship marketing you will strike out. You can build a list of prospects that you can market to though email, an ezine or newsletter from your blog. I guarantee you that’s what your successful competitors are doing. The competition is tough and if you can’t stand out from the crowd, well…
WordPress is simple enough that anyone can learn to use it.
So, now that you realize you’re gonna need a blog, I’m here to tell you that WordPress is the only way to go. OK, there are lots of other ways, but none that offers the ease and functionality of WordPress. Anyone can learn to set up and maintain a WordPress blog. With this blogging system you will be able to let your prospects get to know you, post your hostess/client testimonials, review products, spotlight dealer specials, post photos of your latest events or home parties, get your hostesses involved, create an online community and just about anything else you want to do with your business that your “clone” company website doesn’t do.
Your company website does have it’s place…
for instance, when it’s time to check out, process refunds or place a dealer order, but your WordPress blog will help you build the relationships that turn prospects into loyal customers.

Why People Fail In Direct Selling Business Opportunity
by Lawren Smith
A couple of difficulties that a few new individuals in a direct selling business opportunity have:
1. No upline support.
Once a person joins a fresh direct sales program, he or she is vulnerable and requires a lot of assistance from something or someone.
In many instances, the uplines are not actively serving them. When the uplines are simply sponsoring as many people as they can with no regard to what happens to them soon after they get sponsored, they are inclined to neglect the men and women they sponsor.
In most standard home based businesses, it is important that the fresh someone receives prompt your help from a local someone, or tools. Otherwise, their chances for survival are very slim.
2. New MLM marketers cannot market.
This is probably the leading justification most persons do not make it a network marketing opportunity. By using standard direct sales methods, you have got to market and study how to communicate with individuals.
3. Members of home based businesses can’t render great leads.
Next to the marketing trouble, this has to be the next biggest justification most men and women fail in direct selling business opportunities.
Here is a picture of what usually happens. The new person has just signed up into an thrilling MLM business opportunity. He is taught by the manuals, meetings and so forth, how he should “share” his goods with his friends, neighbors and relatives.
Typically, he is not comfortable with this, and if he is typical, he will have many sleepless, tossing and turning nights. He just doesn’t want to “impose” on his friends! He would feel a lot more comfortable simple presenting his opportunity to strangers.
4. No true duplicative system.
If the direct sales company musts be promoted through pricey techniques, this is not feasible. Learning how to sell, or to speak and manage an opportunity get together is just not duplicative. Simply a few men and women can do this. Here again, is a very essential rational motive a lot of individuals in home business opportunities die on the vine.
5. Marketing by mail using standard direct sales techniques.
Conventional way to marketing MLM is to spend all spare time to call up about and travel about to get prospects. A great deal of men and women already have full time line of work, it is hard to get extra time to travel and make telephone calls. This is why people in direct selling business opportunity cannot keep their program going. 6. The marketer is not sure about the fresh business opportunity.
Sometimes a person will sign up in a MLM business in a “fit of exhilaration.” soon after the dust clears, he comes down to earth and reality slowly sets in.
Select an establlished and financially sound MLM company that is at least two years old with unquestionable merchandise or services. That way, you can feel good about the company and products that you are promoting. There is nothing quite like being capable to “tell the complete truth” to your prospective customers.
7. They do not stay with it long enough. Starting a business takes time, and this is true with any MLM company as well.
By the time you understand the program, write and receive literature: study this and sign up; get the literature, etc. a lot of time has been exhausted. And then you have to generate your leads and so on.
It will take several months or even years before you can expect much of anything to take place to your MLM marketing. You should set in your mind that you are going to stay with this for at least sometime. That simply makes good business sense.
